Electrify the Triad: A newly developed program aimed at enabling active community participation, Electrify the Triad helps to propel the transition to clean energy through access to local contractors offering efficient technology options, navigation of government incentives, and access to information and guidance to reduce the household energy burden of Triad region residents. The effort is mounted by a public-private coalition consisting of The City of Winston-Salem, Piedmont Environmental Alliance, Piedmont Triad Regional Council, North Carolina League of Conservation Voters Foundation, Goler Community Development, Grind Vine Consulting, Ardmore United Methodist Church, Forsyth Audubon, Citizen's Climate Lobby, Self-Help Credit Union, Piedmont Federal Bank, Clean Energy Fund of the Carolinas and Let's Go Electric.
